Firstly I would like to thank you for your support during lockdown, messages and home painting orders were much appreciated. The safety of our customers and staff is of the utmost importance to us. There will be a new way in these uncertain times.
Booking is Essential
We will be open for "bubble bookings" or sole household bookings. Ensure book beforehand otherwise, we will not be able to let you in the store. If you wish to paint with another household which is not in your bubble we can place a table at 2-metre distance. If you wish to do this we must be told in advance so we can set up accordingly. Booking is via email/ text/ Facebook/ Instagram/ Google.
There will be fewer tables, an £8.50 studio fee applied to each table to cover costs of paints, kilning and additional protective equipment.
Session times may vary from day to day. The length of each session is a maximum of 2 hours. To make the most of your time we suggest you select your items beforehand from the product page. This will not only allow you to have the most time painting but also minimise contact and movement around the shop. After each session the shop will close so we can deep clean before the next session. YOu will need to wear a mask while walking around the shop but not while at your table painting.
Arriving at Shop
When you arrive at the shop please wait outside. Obeying social distancing rules. A member of staff will come and escort you to your table. Each table will have a bin where you can dispose of your used wipes/ tissues/aprons.
We will ask for a deposit on booking. We prefer card payments at the moment. Staff will be wearing visors/masks at all times. Cotton towels have been replaced with paper towels. If you would like help with hand prints foot prints or paw prints please let us know so we can book you in appropriately.
